Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.

1.2 Geographic Coverage

We ship worldwide. If delivery to your location is not possible, we will contact you immediately and process a refund.

1.3 Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID and link. You can also track your order at our tracking page.

Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking data to become available. If you experience any tracking issues, please contact our support team.

1.4 Delivery Timeframes

  • Dispatch: Within 12 hours for most items
  • Delivery: 5-12 business days
  • Holidays and force majeure events may add up to 14 additional business days

1.5 Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, carrier transfers, strikes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.

2. Delivery

2.1 Address Accuracy

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. There is typically a 12-hour window available for address corrections after placing an order. If you suspect an address error, please contact us immediately.

2.2 Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

2.3 Acceptance Requirement

Not accepting the purchase is a violation of the agreement and the purchase will not be refunded.
